Day 13 Barely two weeks

Last night I fell off the bandwagon. I know that every site says I should just not look back and keep moving forward. I decided not to continue. I don’t eat/drink a lot of sugar in general. I don’t drink pop or fruit juices. I don’t add sugar to my coffee. The only times I have sugar is when I have a lull in the afternoon and have some chocolate and I’m learning to change that out for fruit.
In the few days I’ve done this I learned:
  • That without sugar I have more energy
  • That the key time I crave it is in the afternoon but I can eat some fruit and I’m fine
  •  Sugar is in everything!
  • Shop the outer corners of the grocery store


On to my next challenge . . .
